Michael Cukierman is a Partner in the Defense Division at Cukierman & Co., where he contributes to strategic fundraising, cross-border partnerships, and advisory activities for Israeli defense-technology companies. His work bridges the worlds of innovation, national security, and private capital – helping global investors access Israel’s top defense and dual-use technologies.
Alongside his role at Cukierman & Co., Michael is a business and product leader serving as Product Director at Catalyst Investors’ Club, a digital investment platform that enables accredited investors to co-invest in leading high-tech companies and access exclusive venture opportunities. He drives product strategy, investor experience, and cross-organizational execution to scale the platform and expand its global investor reach.
In addition to his professional work, Michael brings leadership experience from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he serves as a Commander in a combat Electronic Warfare (EW) unit. In this role, he led operational teams in high-pressure environments, managed mission-critical technologies, and oversaw real-time decision-making in electronic warfare operations, experience that shaped his resilience, strategic thinking, and ability to perform under extreme conditions.
Michael is a graduate of Reichman University, holding a double major in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship, providing him with a strong foundation in technology, business strategy, and venture creation that complements his work at the intersection of fintech, defense innovation, and investment platforms.
