Prior to joining Catalyst, Kai held roles in algorithmic trading at Coral Reef (Final LTD) and in business development at the Total Group, where he led operational projects in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

B.A. in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship with a specialization in Finance at Reichman University (IDC Hertzliya), and completed an exchange studies at Stockholm Business School. His experience combines strong analytical capabilities with a global outlook, shaped by his academic path and professional work across Israel and Sweden.

Outside of work, Kai is a combat Special Forces reservist in an elite IDF unit and brings a disciplined, mission-oriented mindset to every challenge. He is fluent in English and Hebrew, conversational in Italian and has a strong international uprising.
