Mr. Adler is a leading partner of the Corporate Group at the renowned UK law firm Mishcon de Reya in London.
Joel has a wide range of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactional work and IPOs on the London Stock Exchange.
He specializes in advising international entrepreneurs and corporations in international transactions involving a number of overseas jurisdictions in a variety of business sectors and is known for his lateral solution orientated thinking.
He has established a wide network of professional and business relationships in the USA, Europe and Israel.
Mr. Adler received an LL.B. in Israel and a Master’s Degree in Law at London University.
