Through both his professional roles and academic studies at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, Jacob has developed a diverse skill set spanning accounting, financial analysis, business development, and relationship management.

Originally from Southern California, Jacob developed a deep connection to Israel during his time traveling in the country—particularly while competing for the Jerusalem Capitals in the Israeli Elite Hockey League. Motivated by his passion for investments and his desire to contribute to the growth of Israel’s tech ecosystem, Jacob joined Catalyst as an intern and later transitioned into a full-time role with the team.

At Catalyst, Jacob supports multiple functions across the organization. He assists in sourcing prospective investment opportunities subsequently conducts financial and market analysis to support the firm’s investment process. In addition, he works closely with the investor relations team, ensuring a high-touch, concierge-level experience for the firm’s valued limited partners. Jacob also plays a key role in supporting the Catalyst Investors Club (CIC), helping ensure that members are well-informed and equipped to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
