Mr. Edouard Cukierman serves as the Founder & Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments as well as the Chairman of Cukierman & Co. Investment House.
Since its establishment in 1993, Cukierman & Co. Investment House has been engaged in more than $11.5 billion of corporate finance transactions.
Catalyst Funds is an Israeli private equity firm established in 1999, with $450 million in assets under management across 4 funds.
With over 33 years of investment experience and entrepreneurial activities in financial services, Edouard is the Chairman and CEO of Catalyst Investors’ Club since its establishment in 2023 and currently serves on the board of Curalife and Omeza.
He also served on the boards of Tufin, Orex, O.B.S., Dori Media, Otorio, Omrix and many other Israeli High-Tech companies.
Before establishing Catalyst, Edouard was the President and CEO of Astra Technological Investments, a Venture Capital Fund established in 1993, which was the first Israeli company to go public in Europe. He is also the founder of the GoforIsrael annual investment conference.
Edouard is active in various non-profit organizations. He was a board member of Sar-El, Gvahim, Fondation France Israel and Kol Israel Haverim (Alliance in Israel).
He is the co-author of the book: Israel Valley, originally published in French in 2014, and since has been translated into Chinese, Italian, Portuguese with the English edition published in 2025.
Edouard holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, France, and a B.Sc. from the Technion University in Israel. He served in the Israel Defence Forces as a reserve officer in both the Spokesperson Unit and in the Negotiation Unit for hostage and crisis situations.
